Your request for a return label has been submitted. Once the label is created, you will receive an email from a Xerox scanner with the return label attached.

Important: Please do not report this email as a phishing attempt. The attached PDF will contain your return label or labels.




Instructions:

  1. Print out the attached return label.
  2. Affix it securely to your return package.

If you requested multiple labels, please check the top of the PDF to find the weight of each return package and attach the appropriate label to each package accordingly.
